Course in Initial Adult Literacy and Numeracy
This course acknowledges the importance of empowering people with an intellectual disability by developing their literacy and numeracy skills.
Through genU Training, learners receive specialist support and guidance to develop essential competencies including the ability to:
- recognise and use letters of the alphabet
- recognise pictures and symbols
- read and write simple words
- recognise and use time
- recognise coins and notes
